Hotel Booking Conditions in Playa de Palma

1. Reservations with Credit Card Guarantee (Flexible Rates)

The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the card. If the card is not valid, the reservation will be cancelled.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge if done before the deadline stated in the cancellation policy. Cancellation must be made through the website or by email to reservas@mshhotels.com, always indicating the reservation number.

Cancellations made after the free cancellation period will incur the fees specified for each rate.

All reservations are guaranteed until 11:59 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest does not arrive at the hotel before this time without prior notice, the full stay will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled.

In case of early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.

2. Non-Refundable Rate Reservations

The “non-refundable” rate does not, under any circumstances, allow for a refund of the paid amount. The full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation, regardless of the check-in date.

All reservations are guaranteed until 11:59 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest does not arrive at the hotel before this time without prior notice, the full stay will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled.

In case of early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.

If MySeaHouse Flamingo cancels the reservation due to force majeure — defined as circumstances beyond the control of the party invoking them, abnormal and unforeseeable, whose consequences could not have been avoided even with due diligence — the reservation will be cancelled without the right to claim or compensation by the user or client. This situation will be communicated, if possible, via the same channel used to confirm the reservation.

3. Semi-Flexible Rate Reservations

The “semi-flexible” rate requires 100% prepayment of the stay 30 days prior to arrival. If prepayment is not made, the reservation will be cancelled.

All reservations are guaranteed until 11:59 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest does not arrive at the hotel before this time without prior notice, the full stay will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled.

In case of early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.
