Yes. We offer early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. As a courtesy, guests who book directly on the official website enjoy free late check-out until 1 pm. If you need to check-in before 3 pm or wish to leave after 11 am, please let us know in advance; we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), as well as cash payments in euros. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
The rates we offer include VAT (value added tax). However, the official tourist tax of Mallorca is not included in the price of the booking. This eco-tax, which is imposed by the Balearic government, must be paid directly at the hotel during your stay.
No. MySeaHouse Flamingo is an Adults Only +16 hotel, which means that only adult guests aged 16 and older can be accommodated. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed on the premises and we do not have extra beds or cribs for them. This Adults Only approach guarantees a quiet and sophisticated atmosphere ideal for adults and couples.
No, we are sorry. Pets are not allowed at MySeaHouse Flamingo. To ensure comfort and hygiene, the hotel does not allow pets. Exceptions are made only in the case of guide dogs or assistance dogs, in accordance with the regulations, but please consult us beforehand.

Yes, we have accessible and adapted rooms for guests with reduced mobility. The hotel has access ramps and an elevator to move between the main floors. Our adapted rooms have ample space for wheelchairs and bathrooms equipped with grab bars, floor-level shower and other necessary facilities. If you require an adapted room or have special accessibility needs, please let us know at the time of booking to ensure availability and assign you to the most suitable room. We are committed to ensuring that all our guests, regardless of their physical abilities, enjoy a comfortable stay.
In general, it is not possible to add extra beds or cribs in our rooms. As an Adults Only (+16) hotel, we do not have cribs, and the standard rooms are designed for a maximum of 2 people (or single use in the case of single rooms). Junior Suites offer more space and comfort, but the maximum occupancy per room is still 2 adults. We do not have triple rooms or extra beds, as we aim to guarantee comfort without overcrowding. If you are traveling in a group of more than two people, we will suggest that you book separate rooms according to the distribution that best suits you.
Yes. We have rooms with a double bed (large double) and others with two single beds together (twin type). If you have a preference for a double bed or two separate beds, you can indicate this when making your booking or by contacting us prior to your arrival. We will do our best to assign you the room with the desired configuration, subject to availability. For example, our rooms can be prepared with two single beds joined together with double bedding, and the beds in the junior suites are double but can be made up with single bedding.
Main outdoor swimming pool: It is located on the first floor, facing the sea, surrounded by a solarium terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. It is perfect for a dip overlooking the beach. Panoramic pool on the MyRelax Area terrace: On the second floor of the hotel we have an additional outdoor infinity style pool with panoramic views that is directly accessible from the Double Superior rooms and also from the My Relax Area. It is a privileged place to watch the sunset while swimming or sunbathing. Indoor heated swimming pool: MySpa, on the first floor, has an indoor swimming pool (hydrotherapy pool type) which is heated all year round. It is ideal for relaxing in any season, especially after a sauna or massage session.
Yes, we have our own MySpa, a true oasis of relaxation. Our spa has a Finnish sauna and Turkish bath (hammam) to purify toxins and relax with therapeutic heat. There is an indoor heated pool with water jets that is ideal for hydrotherapy and muscle relaxation. There are sensation showers and relaxation areas (Spa lounge) for you to fully disconnect. Massage cabins and treatments: we offer a menu of massages (back, neck, foot, full body, hot stone, etc.) and beauty treatments (facials, scrubs, body wraps, manicures, pedicures). Spa services are available by appointment; you can book treatments prior to arrival or directly at the front desk.

You will find: Cardio machines (exercise bikes, treadmills, ellipticals). Weight training and free weights (multi-gym, dumbbells, benches). An area for functional exercises or stretching, mats, medicine balls, etc.
Yes, we provide free pool/beach towels for our guests. Upon arrival, you will find your towels in the room. We have a simple loan system: you will be given a clean towel and you can exchange it with the chambermaid in your room for a clean one every day if you wish. This means that you won't need to pack your own beach towels in your luggage.
There is Wi-Fi for all our guests included in the room rate in all hotel facilities. The wireless connection covers rooms and common areas (reception, restaurant, pools, spa, etc.), so you can connect comfortably from your room or while relaxing in the lobby or on the terrace. At check-in you will be able to connect to the network with your identification data and room number. We have a high-speed Wi-Fi network that is sufficient for web browsing, social networking, email and even moderate video streaming. Should you have any connection problems, our reception staff will be happy to assist you. In short, you can rest assured that you will be connected free of charge during your stay.
We do not have private underground parking or our own garage, but there are free public parking options near the hotel. MySeaHouse Flamingo is located in a residential-tourist area where you can park in the adjacent streets free of charge, subject to the availability of public parking spaces. In high season, on-street parking can be somewhat crowded, but there are usually parking spaces within a few minutes' walk. If you arrive by rental car, you can come to the hotel entrance to unload your luggage and then our staff will guide you to the best parking areas. Note: The hotel is not responsible for vehicles parked on public roads; we advise you not to leave valuables in sight in the car.

We offer a menu of light meals (salads, sandwiches, quick meals) and of course drinks, wines and cocktails that can be served in the room. If you would like to have breakfast in bed, just hang the breakfast sign on your room door before 5 am and we will be happy to deliver your order. Yes, our reception is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There will always be staff available to assist you at any time, whether it is to check you in if you arrive late at night, to assist you with an emergency, or simply to answer your questions or requests at any time. We have a daytime reception team and also a night receptionist for the early morning hours, so you will never be left without assistance. The hotel maintains a no-smoking policy in indoor areas for reasons of comfort and safety. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms (all rooms are non-smoking to ensure a fresh and healthy environment) or in corridors, the restaurant, lobby or other indoor areas. However, smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, such as the rooms’ private balconies or terraces, or in designated outdoor areas, as long as consideration is shown to not inconvenience other guests. Smoking guests are kindly requested to use these outdoor smoking areas and not to leave cigarette butts on the ground or sand. In this way, we can all enjoy a clean environment. Breakfast at MySeaHouse Flamingo is an international buffet with a live cooking station, and it is served in the Arrels Restaurant (our main restaurant overlooking the sea). You will find a wide selection to start your day: freshly baked pastries and bread, local cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, dried fruits and nuts, as well as hot options (eggs prepared to order, bacon, sausages, grilled vegetables). We also offer fresh juices, coffee and infusions, and a section of dietary or gluten-free products or vegan for those who request it. Breakfast is usually served from 8 am to 10:30 am daily. Additionally, we usually keep a reduced "late breakfast" until 12 am at the bar (bread, jam, pastries, freshly made sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and coffee) for those who prefer to get up later,. Our goal is to enable those who do not like to get up early to recharge their batteries in the morning.
Yes, we have two main dining areas: Restaurant Arrels and Bar Es Sifón. Arrels Restaurant: This is our buffet restaurant overlooking the beach. In the evenings, Arrels offers a buffet dinner with live cooking. Every day we present a selection of choice Mediterranean and international cooing that includes local Mallorcan dishes and fresh seasonal products. There are cooking stations where our chef prepares grilled meats and fish according to your instructions. Every night there is a special theme for the buffet (e.g. Mallorcan night, Spanish night, Italian night, Asian night), creating a varied experience throughout the week. Guests can enjoy Arrels whether they have booked half board or pay for the occasional dinner there. The dress code for dinner is smart casual (please do not wear swimwear or sleeveless t-shirts; smart short trousers are permitted). Bar Es Sifón: This is the hotel's bar and café, with charm of its own. It is divided into two areas: an indoor area decorated in the style of a traditional Mallorcan house, and an outdoor porch/garden with sea views. Es Sifón is open all day, offering late breakfasts, light lunches, and bar service. There is a lunch menu at midday: salads, mixed platters and local snacks are available, as well as homemade ice cream. In the evening, Es Sifón becomes an ideal place to have a cocktail or a glass of wine while watching the sunset, accompanied some days by ambient or live music. In short, our bar is open from morning until late at night (10:30 am to 11:30 pm) to satisfy your appetite outside restaurant hours. There are always vegetarian options in the breakfast and dinner buffet (e.g. assorted salads, grilled vegetables, meatless pastas, etc.) and there are also often vegan options (vegetable dishes, legumes, abundant fruit, plant-based milk, etc.). Our kitchen staff can also prepare gluten-free or celiac-friendly food upon request (gluten-free bread and cereals are available, and our dishes have labels with allergens). If you are allergic to any specific food (gluten, lactose, nuts, etc.) or follow a particular diet, please let us know when you make your booking or check-in. We will inform the chef so that your needs can be taken into account. We adapt the menus as much as possible: for example, we can prepare special sugar-free dessert options for diabetics, low-salt menus, etc., as long as we know your requirements. The waiter will charge your drinks to your room or you can pay for them on the spot, as you prefer.

If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or other important date during your stay, we can arrange some details for you: for example, a special cake or dessert with a candle and your name, a bottle of champagne or chilled champagne at the table, flowers, etc. Ideally, you should let us know a little in advance (at the time of booking or a few days before your arrival) to coordinate arrangements. Our restaurant and bar team will do everything possible to ensure you have a memorable evening. Many guests ask us for a cake surprise at dinner or special breakfast in the room, and we will be happy to arrange this (some of these extras may incur additional charges, which we will inform you of in advance). We are located very close to Son Sant Joan International Airport (PMI). The hotel is only about 5 km from the airport, which is approximately 10 minutes by car or taxi. This is very convenient for our guests, as arrivals and departures are quick. At the same time, the noise of the planes is not a problem at the hotel due to the position of the runways with respect to the bay. On the other hand, the city center of Palma de Mallorca is about 15 km away. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the old town of Palma (Cathedral, Paseo Marítimo, etc.) by car, depending on the traffic. There are also good connections by bus, with a ride of about 25-30 minutes depending on the line. It does not take very long, then, to get from the beach to the historical charm of the Mallorcan capital. Our location allows you to enjoy both worlds: the relaxation of the beach and the cultural and commercial attractions of Palma.
There are several convenient transport options: Taxi: This is the fastest and most direct way, and what we recommend. There is an official taxi rank at the exit of the airport arrivals terminal. Taking a cab to MySeaHouse Flamingo will take about 10 minutes. The fare is usually around €20 (night schedules or holidays may cause light variations). We recommend that you ask the taxi driver to go to "Hotel Flamingo in Playa de Palma, Calle Misión de San Diego, near Balneario 6" as a reference. Most cab drivers are familiar with the hotel. Public bus: The EMT A2 bus service (Airport - S'Arenal) connects the airport to the area of Playa de Palma/S'Arenal. You can catch it at the airport bus stop (it leaves roughly every 20 minutes). You can get off after about 15-20 minutes, at the stop called “Balneari 5”, which is about 250 meters from the hotel. From there, you will have to walk a few minutes to the hotel. Rental car: If you plan to rent a car at the airport, getting to the hotel is very easy. Take the Ma-19 freeway towards "Platja de Palma/S'Arenal" and take the exit indicated for Playa de Palma (exit 11). Then follow the signs to the beach; the hotel is near Balneario 6. It will take you around 10-15 minutes to arrive here from the airport. There is space in front of the hotel to stop briefly and unload luggage. You can then park in the surrounding area as mentioned above.
We do not have our own shuttle service, but we can arrange transfers on request. If you would like a private transfer to or from the airport (or cruise port, for example), we can book one for you with partner companies. There is a fee for this transfer. All you need to do is provide us with your details in advance. For transfers to other parts of the island (excursions to the Sierra de Tramuntana, visits to other beaches, etc.), we can also arrange cabs or private vehicles with driver by the hour. Our front desk/concierge staff will be happy to assist you with any transport needs you may have during your stay.
We do not organize our own tours, but we can help guests to book excursions and activities with third parties. There is information in reception about excursions to attractions in Mallorca (e.g.: Caves of Drach, Formentor, Tour of the Serra de Tramuntana, visits to wine cellars, etc.). We work with local agencies to offer our guests these services. Tell us what you want to do and we will help you plan it, so you can make the most of your time without having to worry about making arrangements.
